The New Cartoon Network Lineup

You guys can say good bye to Tenchi, and welcome two new Gundam series' as we've reported earliar this year. The last showing of Tenchi will be on the 20th of this month and both "Mobile Suit Gundam" and "8th MS Gundam" will premiere on the 23rd. MS Gundam will be shown at 5 PM EST/PST and 8th MS Gundam will be shown at 12 AM.

Dragonball as we've predicted earlier does not seem to be premiering on the 23rd as the official Dragonball Z page stated. Originally it was made known to us by a very reliable source and recently that info was pretty much confirmed when we saw Cartoon Network's new schedule. For one reason or another it doesn't seem like Gen Fukunaga, CEO of FUNimations the company that dubs the US versions of Dragonball Z, knows this yet as he recently stated in the Anime Expo that it would be coming out on that date.

The new season of DBZ seems to be right on schedule with no delay's (unlike Dragonball) and all of you US Toonami viewers should start seeing it in September.
